KSM Announces Eight New Directors
In recognition of their significant impact on our clients, our people, and our communities, we are pleased to announce our eight newest directors. These individuals embody KSM’s values as they provide innovative solutions and superior service to help their clients achieve success.
Charles Decker is a member of the firm’s Tax Services Group. Charles provides technical review of federal income tax issues, identifying innovative solutions to minimize taxes while ensuring compliance for the firm’s clients. Additionally, he monitors tax legislation and emerging tax issues, serving as a resource for KSM staff.
Deloris Dunk-Vickers is a member of the firm’s Audit and Assurance Services Group, working out of KSM’s New York office. Deloris has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, focusing primarily on audits of private funds that are affiliated with SEC-registered investment advisors, including hedge funds and funds-of-funds. She also has experience auditing employee benefit plans.
Andrew Goodman is a member of the firm’s Audit and Assurance Services Group. Andrew helps clients navigate the ever-changing environment of financial reporting and operational controls, helping to ensure they are up-to-date on best practices and making profitable business decisions. Advising clients in a multitude of industries, Andrew’s particular focus is in construction, where he serves as a member of KSM’s Construction Services Group.
Sarah Hammond is a member of the firm’s Business Advisory Group. Sarah specializes in federal and multistate tax compliance and consulting for businesses and their owners, along with providing general business and accounting advisory services. She serves clients in a multitude of industries, with an emphasis on those in the manufacturing, distribution, and technology industries. Through her collaboration with other KSM professionals, Sarah looks for ways to help her clients improve their businesses.
JP Moore is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Resources and Financial Services Groups. JP works with clients on a holistic level to identify opportunities to minimize tax liabilities by navigating between their business and personal situations. He provides federal and multistate tax compliance and consulting, along with general business and accounting advisory services to businesses, individuals, and trusts in a variety of industries, with a focus in healthcare and financial services.
Brad Reay is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Resources Group. Brad provides fair market value opinions and commercial reasonableness assessments for hospitals and health systems, medical groups, academic institutions, and other healthcare entities to ensure physician compensation arrangements are compliant with regulatory requirements. He also oversees compliance initiatives related to physician services arrangements, designs progressive physician compensation arrangements, and provides ongoing consulting support for negotiations of services agreements involving both employed and independent physicians.
Brittany Schutter is a member of the firm’s Business Advisory Group. Brittany specializes in federal and multistate tax compliance and consulting for businesses and their owners, while keeping them informed of current tax legislation and emerging topics. She serves clients in a variety of industries, with a focus in transportation and dealerships. Brittany also has experience with mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring of businesses, helping clients navigate the tax implications from these transactions. She is a member of the firm’s Transportation Services and Dealership Services Groups.
Amy Zimmer is a member of the firm’s State and Local Tax Group. Amy specializes in multistate income tax compliance and consulting for businesses and their owners. Her assistance in these projects includes negotiating and implementing voluntary disclosure agreements, negotiating settlements with taxing jurisdictions, coordinating multistate tax research, and assisting with complex multistate tax compliance.
