Kerry Dunn Joins KSM as Chief Financial Officer

Kerry Dunn has joined KSM as the firm’s chief financial officer, a newly created role. As CFO, Dunn will oversee KSM’s financial systems and processes, including financial reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and budgeting. Additionally, he will play a key role in the firm’s financial strategy, including acquisitions and leveraging data to make sound business decisions.

KSM Named One of Indiana’s “Best Places to Work” for 14th Consecutive Year

KSM is honored to be named among the Best Places to Work in Indiana for the 14th consecutive year. The distinction is awarded by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce based on employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. In addition to being a repeat Hall of Fame recipient, KSM is one of only two companies in the state of Indiana to have been named a Best Place to Work every year since the program’s inception.

Lehrman Named as 2019 Fort Wayne Forty Under 40

Amy Lehrman has been named to the Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly’s Forty Under 40 class of 2019. The program honors 40 individuals 39 years of age and younger who go above and beyond at work and in the community to make a difference. These young northeast Indiana professionals were chosen by a panel of distinguished judges from a record-breaking number of entries.

KSM Extends Impact With Largest Community Day Ever and New Time & Talents Program

KSM invests in our communities because we believe it is the right thing to do. While we give back in a variety of ways, both as a firm and as individuals, KSM’s annual Community Day is an opportunity for our team to make a meaningful impact over the course of one work day. Our employees look forward to it every year. This year’s Community Day was our ninth, and our employees focused their efforts on aiding the homeless, fighting hunger, and providing much-needed manual labor to organizations that serve children and families.
