KSM Announces Appointments to Sales and Marketing Leadership Roles
INDIANAPOLIS – Katz, Sapper & Miller, a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm, announced today the expansion of its sales and marketing team with the hire of Ryan Elpers as its chief growth officer and the advancement of Jennifer Moore to the role of chief marketing officer.
“I’m pleased to welcome Ryan to KSM in the newly created role of chief growth officer. Ryan’s proven success in business development and sales will be invaluable as the firm continues to expand,” said KSM CEO and President Tim Cook. “Likewise, I’m thrilled for Jennifer. Her elevation to chief marketing officer reflects her achievements in building and leading a talented marketing team that consistently surpasses expectations. Jennifer is well-respected across our firm and in our industry, and with her insights and leadership, she will continue to play a pivotal role at KSM.”
As chief growth officer, Elpers will lead the firm’s business development efforts in collaboration with firm-wide, service line, and industry leaders on sales strategies and execution. Prior to joining KSM, Elpers spent 14 years in a variety of business development and sales leadership roles at Stryker, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies. Most recently, he served as a regional sales manager. Elpers earned both a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science degree in kinesiology from Indiana University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
Moore rejoined KSM as director of marketing in 2009 after serving in marketing roles with Roche Diagnostics and Deloitte. A seasoned professional services marketer, Moore built and leads a multidisciplinary marketing team with responsibility for KSM’s brand management, digital and content strategy, proposal development, internal communications, public relations, and industry and service line marketing programs. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in telecommunications and also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Butler University.
“With Ryan and Jennifer in place, KSM will accelerate its progress toward key strategic firm goals, including growing our business, driving value and success for our clients, and providing more opportunities for our people across our expanding line of services,” said Cook.
