Ryan Elpers is chief growth officer for Katz, Sapper & Miller. Ryan leads the firm’s business development efforts by collaborating with service line, industry, and office leaders on sales strategies and execution. Additionally, he helps identify, develop relationships with, and pursue opportunities with KSM’s targeted prospects. Ryan also supports the growth of the firm’s core and expanding specialty and advisory service lines.
Prior to joining the firm, Ryan spent 14 years in a variety of business development and sales leadership roles at Stryker, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies. Most recently, he served as a regional sales manager.
Ryan received both a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science degree in kinesiology from Indiana University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
Ryan serves as a mentor for EDGE Mentoring, which pairs young professionals with seasoned community leaders who provide guidance through intentional conversations about career development, personal growth, and faith.
Ryan was a multiple-time President’s Club winner while at Stryker and a recipient of the company’s most prestigious sales performance award, Stryker Gold Club.
