Chad Pryor Joins KSM as General Counsel
INDIANAPOLIS – KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller), a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm, is pleased to announce that Chad Pryor has joined the firm as general counsel.
In this role, Pryor will oversee all legal and risk matters for the firm, including those related to contracting and client engagement, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, employment, privacy, regulatory compliance, and litigation. As a trusted advisor to firm leadership, he will help guide KSM through legal complexities with clarity and foresight.

Pryor has more than a decade of senior legal leadership experience spanning the professional services, government, and technology sectors. Prior to joining KSM, he served as vice president of business development and chief counsel for the public sector vertical at a publicly traded customer experience technology and services firm. There, he managed legal and compliance operations and helped drive strategic growth initiatives for a $300 million business segment.

Pryor graduated summa cum laude from Huntington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and finance as well as business management. He earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He is an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel. Pryor also serves on the President’s Advisory Council on Excellence at Huntington University, the board of managers for Covenant Community Housing, and the board of directors for Luma Counseling. He was recognized as an Up and Coming Lawyer in 2018 by The Indiana Lawyer.
