Chad Pryor

Chad Pryor is KSM’s general counsel. In his role, Chad oversees all legal and risk matters for the firm, including those related to contracting and client engagement, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, employment, privacy, regulatory compliance, and litigation. He serves as a trusted advisor to firm leadership, helping KSM navigate legal complexities with clarity and foresight.

Chad brings more than a decade of senior legal leadership experience spanning the professional services, government, and technology sectors. Prior to joining KSM, he served as vice president of business development and chief counsel for the public sector vertical at a publicly traded customer experience technology and services firm. There, he managed legal and compliance operations and helped drive strategic growth initiatives for a $300 million business segment.

Chad’s previous roles include serving as general counsel and chief strategy officer for an Indianapolis-based data solutions firm and as general counsel and corporate development lead for a professional services and IT company that, for several years, was one of the country’s fastest-growing companies.
