Miller, Hooper, and Hogan to Present at 2018 McLeod CFO Conference

Katz, Sapper & Miller's Jason MillerRandy Hooper, and Troy Hogan, with the firm’s Transportation Services Group, will present at McLeod Software’s second annual CFO conference. The event, taking place July 24 at The Westin Nashville, will bring together financial leaders of the country’s top trucking and logistics companies to hear from prominent speakers in the financial, accounting, legal, and banking industries. 

Hooper and Hogan will present the session Important Considerations for Transportation Companies in 2018 which will provide a state and local tax update and discuss how the new tax law continues to impact transportation companies. Miller will co-present on lease accounting and revenue recognition standards, and the potential issues in implementing these new standards during GAAP Reporting for 2018. The conference will open with insight from Bob Costello, Chief Economist for the American Trucking Associations.
