Madeline Ritter is a healthcare consulting senior associate with KSM’s Healthcare Resources Group. Madeline utilizes her background in business and healthcare management to help healthcare providers improve their organization’s performance, make strategic, data-centric decisions, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Prior to joining KSM, Madeline served as a healthcare consultant for a global management consulting firm and worked on an internal performance improvement team at a large academic medical center.
Madeline received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and healthcare management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Madeline is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on the board of Executive Women in Healthcare. She is involved in her community as a big sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, serves as vice president and alumni mentor on the IU Dance Marathon for Riley Children’s Hospital Alumni Board, and is an active member of Impact 100.
