Hailey Rolsten is a director in KSM’s Fort Wayne office and a member of the firm’s Business Advisory Group. Hailey serves clients as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on a variety of general business, tax planning, and financial matters to help minimize tax liability and ensure compliance. She has experience in several industries, and her main areas of focus include buy here – pay here and automotive dealerships.

Hailey received a Bachelor of Science in accounting and Master of Science in accounting degrees from Ball State University.
Hailey is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Indiana CPA Society (INCPAS).
In 2025, Hailey received INCPAS’ Breakthrough Award, which honors members who have overcome significant challenges or adversity in their path to professional success. In 2023, she was presented with KSM’s Inspiring People Award, recognizing employees who serve as champions and leaders of the firm’s people. She is also a recipient of the “Three Under Thirty” Paul W. Parkinson Department of Accounting Alumni Award from Ball State University.
