Eric Lebida is a director of healthcare consulting with Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Healthcare Resources Group. Eric helps clients develop and design a wide variety of physician and provider compensation programs. Additionally, he delivers fair market value and commercial reasonableness opinions on various physician/provider relationships, including health system employment, professional service agreements, call coverage, medical directorships, co-management, and other types of arrangements.
Eric has more than 10 years of healthcare experience, focusing primarily on physician/provider compensation consulting and valuation. His experience includes working with provider organizations across the full spectrum of healthcare, from independent physician practices to national health systems. He routinely works with client partners of all types, including outside counsel, inside counsel, human resources, and health system leadership.
Prior to joining KSM, Eric specialized in physician/provider and healthcare executive compensation consulting at two nationally recognized firms. Most recently, he served as a physician compensation thought leader and subject matter expert for a global advisory, risk management, and brokerage firm.
Eric received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from St. Cloud State University as well as a Master of Health Administration degree from Saint Louis University.
