Shaun Johnston Joins KSM as Director in Business Advisory Group

INDIANAPOLIS – Katz, Sapper & Miller, a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm, is pleased to announce that Shaun Johnston has joined the firm as a director in its Business Advisory Group.

Experienced in federal and state tax matters, Johnston will equip clients with the advice they need to minimize their tax liabilities and exposure while making valuable business decisions. While he will serve clients in a variety of industries, Johnston’s main area of focus will be manufacturing and distribution.

Prior to joining KSM, Johnston spent 11 years at a top 10 accounting firm, where he most recently served as a senior manager. In that role, Shaun managed tax compliance engagements for an array of clients, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations (including provisions), and high-net-worth individuals.

Johnston received a Bachelor of Science in Business degree with a concentration in accounting from Indiana University South Bend.
