INDIANAPOLIS – Katz, Sapper & Miller, a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm, is pleased to announce that Rachel Clark has joined the firm as director of learning & development.

Clark will lead the firm’s learning & development (L&D) function to create training and professional development opportunities for KSM employees. With nearly a decade of organizational development experience, she will focus on regional office learning and development, including adding specialized audit and tax training resources to enrich technical learning, and enhancing remote training and development programs.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Rachel to KSM,” said Jamie Ellis, KSM chief operating officer & partner. “Our people are KSM’s greatest asset, and it’s essential that we continue to invest in their growth and development. Doing so goes beyond ensuring excellent client service and provides opportunities for our people to grow as individuals. Rachel brings an impressive track record, passion for learning, and strategic mindset, all of which will help our employees continue to achieve great things.”

Prior to joining the firm, Clark served as a talent management director for OneAmerica Financial Partners. In that role, she led the performance management and succession planning processes; served as a leadership coach; and worked to design and implement leadership and associate development programs, an enterprise onboarding program, and culture change tools. Prior to her tenure at OneAmerica, Clark served as the associate dean of instructional development for Harrison College.

“I’m excited to join KSM and look forward to learning and growing alongside a very talented team,” said Clark. “This is an excellent opportunity to help equip KSM employees with the skills needed to achieve their career aspirations and make a positive difference in their lives.”

Clark received a Bachelor of Science degree in secondary education and English from Indiana University and a Master of Science degree in human resource management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
