INDIANAPOLIS – Katz, Sapper & Miller, a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm, is pleased to announce that Rachel Clark has joined the firm as director of learning & development.
Clark will lead the firm’s learning & development (L&D) function to create training and professional development opportunities for KSM employees. “I’m thrilled to welcome Rachel to KSM,” said Jamie Ellis, KSM chief operating officer & partner. “Our people are KSM’s greatest asset, and it’s essential that we continue to invest in their growth and development. Doing so goes beyond ensuring excellent client service and provides opportunities for our people to grow as individuals. Rachel brings an impressive track record, passion for learning, and strategic mindset, all of which will help our employees continue to achieve great things.”
Prior to joining the firm, Clark served as a talent management director for OneAmerica Financial Partners.
