ESOP Association Indiana Chapter Spring Meeting

KSM’s Andy Manchir, director, Alexander Mounts, partner, Krieg DeVault LLP, and David Van Ness, VP, ESOP Trust Officer, Horizon Bank, will participate in a panel discussion moderated by KSM’s Mark Flinchum, partner, on April 29 during the virtual ESOP Association Indiana Chapter Spring Meeting. Beginning at 10:30 a.m. EDT, the discussion is titled Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loans, Plan Implications, and Valuations, and will cover how these topics relate to ESOPs.
