An ESOP Primer for Boards of Directors: NCEO Webinar

Board involvement can be an essential tool for managing the risks and realizing the potential benefits of employee ownership. However, board directors must first have a strong understanding of what is different about ESOP companies. During this session, Mark Flinchum and Andy Manchir with KSM ESOP Services Group and Don Meyer with Bose, McKinney & Evans will cover what board directors ought to know about ESOPs from ERISA to accounting basics. The presenters will also share ideas on ways the board can improve an ESOP company’s financial condition and risk management.
