Shane Schuh is a director in KSM’s Audit & Assurance Services Group. With more than a decade of audit experience and deep technical expertise, Shane ensures the delivery of accurate, high-quality financial statements that meet the nuanced requirements of fund sponsors and their auditors. He leads the firm’s financial statement preparation services for investment funds, overseeing the year-end reporting process for hedge funds and private equity funds.
Prior to focusing exclusively on financial statement preparation, Shane provided audit and assurance services to clients in the financial services and transportation industries, including private equity partnerships, hedge funds, broker-dealers, and logistics firms.
Shane received both a Master of Science degree in accountancy and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Illinois.
Shane is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Indiana CPA Society. He serves on the board of directors for the Lawrence Township School Foundation and the Friends of Fort Harrison State Park.
