Matt Miller is an associate with Charter Capital Partners, a KSM company. Matt advises companies through mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and recapitalization processes, navigating complex financial transactions to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
Prior to joining Charter Capital Partners, Matt spent nearly three years with an investment banking firm focused on middle-market M&A advisory, where he advised privately held companies on a variety of M&A and recapitalization transactions. He also gained experience through investment banking internships with Calder Capital and Jefferies.
Matt received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance with a minor in accounting from Grand Valley State University’s Seidman College of Business.
