Kerry Hayden

Kerry Hayden is an accounting services onboarding manager in KSM’s Outsourced Finance & Accounting Services Group. Based in the firm’s Chicago office, Kerry leads the onboarding process for new clients, helping ensure a smooth and efficient transition into KSM’s finance and accounting services. She works closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to assess needs, establish workflows, and implement systems that support timely and accurate financial reporting. Kerry draws on her extensive client accounting background to identify opportunities for process improvements and to help clients build a strong financial foundation from the start of the engagement.

Prior to joining KSM, Kerry was manager of internal accounting at MichaelSilver, an independent advisory, tax, and assurance firm in the Chicagoland area. She has more than 20 years of experience in internal accounting roles across the manufacturing, utility, and professional services industries, as well as five years of experience in public accounting.
