Josh Malarsky is a partner at KSM and the leader of the firm’s Real Estate Services Group. While Josh provides tax, accounting, and consulting services to businesses in a variety of industries, he specializes in real estate. He advises owners, developers, and investors on complex real estate transactions ranging from buy-sell agreements to tax credit projects, REIT structure and compliance, and more, helping them minimize exposure and maximize opportunities.
Josh received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
Josh is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Indiana CPA Society. He is also a member of the Indiana chapter of Urban Land Institute. Additionally, Josh serves as chair of the board of trustees and is a member of the executive committee for Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre in Carmel, IN. He also serves as a member of the advisory council for the Indiana University Center for Real Estate Studies.
Josh was a finalist for Junior Achievement of Central Indiana’s Best and Brightest award in 2017.
