Jake Sciaudone

Jake Sciaudone is a manager in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Real Estate Services Group and helps lead the firm’s cost segregation practice. Jake provides clients guidance in the areas of fixed assets, capitalizing and expensing procedures, and depreciation. Additionally, Jake leverages his experience to assist clients with identifying tax saving opportunities. He is also experienced with tax research, multistate apportionment and allocations, and individual tax planning.

Jake graduated summa cum laude from Ball State University, receiving both a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Accountancy degree.

Jake is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Indiana CPA Society, and the Indiana chapter of the Urban Land Institute. He is also a member of the Accounting Advisory Council for Ball State University’s Miller College of Business. Jake serves as membership chair for the American Cancer Society’s Associate Board of Ambassadors. Previously, he served as vice president of finance and sponsorships for Friends of Riley, a local young professional not-for-profit which raises funds for Riley Hospital for Children’s Child Life Program. He regularly volunteers for Meals on Wheels of Central Indiana and is a tutor volunteer through School on Wheels during the school year.

In 2023, Jake was named a recipient of Ball State University’s Paul W. Parkison Department of Accounting Alumni 3 Under 30 award. He was named to the Indiana Business Journal’s 20 in Their Twenties class of 2022, which recognizes up-and-coming leaders in central Indiana whose achievements stand out from their peers.
