Gwen DiMeo is a director in KSM’s Cincinnati office and a member of the firm’s Business Advisory Group. Gwen takes a hands-on approach to client service and believes in finding creative solutions to her clients’ challenges. She works closely with privately held business owners and company management to help both succeed.
With more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, tax, audit, and consulting services, Gwen has worked with a broad range of clients and industries, including manufacturing and distribution, real estate, not-for-profit organizations, small businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. She also has experience as an outsourced controller for a large healthcare organization and has worked in private industry.
Prior to joining KSM, Gwen served as a tax principal at Cassady Schiller, one of Cincinnati’s largest accounting firms.
Maya Angelou once said, “If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude.” This quote reminds me to focus on what I can control and maintain a positive perspective, even when challenges arise.
Gwen received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky.
Gwen is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and The Ohio Society of CPAs. She serves on the board of trustees for the Hamilton County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board and the United Coalition for Animals (UCAN), which provides low-cost spay and neuter services to reduce or eliminate the euthanasia of cats and dogs in local shelters and help keep pets in their loving homes.
