Adriane Leon is a senior associate of healthcare consulting in KSM’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Healthcare Resources Group. Adriane utilizes her background in science and consulting to help healthcare providers improve their organization’s performance, make strategic, data-centric decisions, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Prior to joining KSM, Adriane served as a healthcare consultant for a global management consulting firm. She also gained experience at high-growth biotechnology startups, where she worked at the intersection of medicine, artificial intelligence, and healthcare. Adriane has experience driving technology-enabled innovation and transformation across the healthcare ecosystem to help organizations improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
Adriane received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Southern University and A&M College and is a candidate for a Master of Business Administration degree at the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.
Adriane is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the National Association of Health Services Executives, and the Medical Group Management Association. She is involved in serving her community through mentorship and various service organizations.
