Mark Bernstein is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Real Estate Services Group. Mark uses his extensive tax law knowledge to develop strategies to minimize tax liability and maximize savings for some of the most respected and successful real estate owners, developers, and investors in the country. Overseeing KSM’s Aviation Services Group, Mark also provides specialized tax, accounting, and Federal Aviation Administration solutions to aircraft owners and operators. Additionally, as a partner with KSM Charitable Foundation Services, he provides consultation to private foundations on their grant management process to help ensure funding dollars are well-spent.
Mark is also the partner-in-charge of KSM’s New York office, providing strategic guidance and oversight of the firm’s growth efforts in the tri-state area.
Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Indiana University.
Mark is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Indiana CPA Society, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, and the Real Estate Board of New York. He serves as a board member for a variety of private and public foundations.
