In 2024, Cook led KSM through the successful acquisitions of two respected firms, Cassady Schiller, which established KSM’s Cincinnati office, and Shanholt Glassman Klein Kramer & Co, which significantly expanded KSM’s presence in New York City and the real estate industry.

This new headquarters will come to fruition in mid-2026 when the firm’s Indianapolis workforce relocates to its new 81,000-square-foot space.
