KSM Earns ClearlyRated’s 2019 Best of Accounting Award for Client Service Excellence
Indianapolis-based public accounting and consulting firm Katz, Sapper & Miller (KSM) announced today that it has won ClearlyRated’s Best of Accounting™ Award for providing superior client service.
Based entirely on ratings provided by their clients, Best of Accounting Award winners have proven themselves as industry leaders in service quality. On average, clients of 2019 Best of Accounting winners are 1.9 times more likely to be entirely satisfied than those who work with non-winning firms.
With its most recent client satisfaction survey, KSM received a Net Promoter® Score (NPS) of 86. NPS is used by more than two-thirds of Fortune 1000 companies for measuring client satisfaction and is based on a single survey question that asks clients how likely they are to recommend a business to a friend or colleague. According to global NPS standards, a NPS score of 50+ is considered excellent, with above 70 considered “world class.”
