Summary: KSM has promoted six accomplished professionals to partner, each bringing specialized expertise across audit, tax, business advisory, real estate, and transaction services to support the firm’s continued growth and client excellence.

INDIANAPOLIS – KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller), a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of six individuals as they join the KSM partnership, effective Jan. 1, 2026. Their deep technical expertise, strategic leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence will drive KSM’s continued success in delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.

Matt Bishop

Matt Bishop is a member of KSM’s Audit & Assurance Services Group. Bishop provides expert technical guidance to KSM clients and engagement teams to help them better identify issues and understand complex accounting and auditing topics. He received both a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a Master of Business Administration degree in accounting from Indiana University.

Ryan Jimenez

Ryan Jimenez is a member of KSM’s Real Estate Services Group. Jimenez works closely with the firm’s real estate clients to develop strategic tax planning solutions, helping them minimize liabilities and capitalize on opportunities for growth while ensuring compliance with ever-changing regulations. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Hunter College.

Shaun Johnston

Shaun Johnston is a member of KSM’s Business Advisory Group. Johnston equips clients with the advice they need to minimize their tax liabilities and exposure while making valuable business decisions. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business degree with a concentration in accounting from Indiana University South Bend.

Zach Kubly

Zach Kubly is a member of KSM’s Business Advisory Group. Kubly helps clients minimize tax liabilities, limit exposure, and proactively plan for future opportunities. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Nathan Potter

Nathan Potter is a member of KSM’s Business Advisory Group. Potter advises clients on corporate structure and strategic tax planning, identifying opportunities to optimize their tax position while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with a concentration in finance from Purdue University.

Matt Svenstrup

Matt Svenstrup is a member of KSM’s Transaction Advisory Services Group. Svenstrup works with middle-market buyers and sellers to assess their quality of earnings. Through financial due diligence, he helps clients gain an accurate picture of a company’s financial position and potential risk. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University.
