INDIANAPOLIS – Katie Culp has been named to IBJ Media’s Indiana 250, a list of the most influential business leaders across the state of Indiana in multiple industries, for the second consecutive year.
Culp was chosen for her many accomplishments in the economic development and real estate field. She currently serves as CEO of KSM Location Advisors, Katz, Sapper & Miller’s national site selection and incentive consulting practice. Previously, Culp led Cassidy Turley’s (now Cushman & Wakefield) location advisory and incentives practice, assisting corporate clients in making informed location decisions and maximizing state and local incentives packages. She has also headed economic development efforts in central Indiana for organizations such as The Indy Partnership/Indy Chamber, Boone County Economic Development Corporation, and the city of Indianapolis.

“We are incredibly proud of Katie’s well-deserved recognition as one of Indiana’s 250 most influential business leaders for the second consecutive year,” said Tim Cook, CEO and president of KSM. “Her influence is widespread and reflects her enduring commitment to positively impacting the businesses and communities of Indiana.
