KSM’s Andy Manchir will join Avery Chenin, General Counsel, SCJ Fiduciary Services, and Mariann Fuller, CFO, Columbia Chemical, March 5 from 9:00-10:00 a.m. EST for a session on “Compensation Issues for New and Mature ESOPs.” The discussion will address issues faced for both newly formed and mature ESOPs from the perspective of their valuation, fiduciary, and legal impact. Specific issues to be covered include deal valuation treatment of SARs, officer compensation for selling shareholders, and compensation for next-generation ESOP company leadership.
