The ESOP Association 2023 Great Lakes Regional Conference

Join ESOP professionals at The ESOP Association’s 2023 Great Lakes Regional Conference in Sandusky, OH Oct. 16-18, 2023. This event will focus on new trends and challenges in the world of employee ownership.

During the conference, KSM’s Andy Manchir will moderate a roundtable discussion on “Valuation Issues” concerning common ESOP transaction issues and complicated situations. Panelists will discuss tips on how to recognize potential issues before they become problematic.

Additionally, Andy will speak with Aaron Geibel of USI Consulting Group for a presentation titled, “How Do I Get My Money.” The session will explain how ESOP shares are allocated to employees, what factors contribute to the shares’ value and how that might change over time, and how the cash value of those shares is ultimately distributed to participants.
