Association for Corporate Growth Indiana Chapter 2023 Capital Markets Showcase

Join the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Indiana chapter in Indianapolis for the 2023 Capital Markets Showcase. This in-person event, which will take place on Feb. 23, is designed to update business owners, executives, and dealmaking professionals on mergers and acquisitions and the capital markets.

During the event, KSM’s Lauren Violi, director of workplace culture and experience, will participate in a panel discussion titled, “Beyond the Job: Cultivating Culture and Promoting Talent in Today’s Workforce.” The discussion will center on recruiting and retaining talent in today’s market and maintaining culture in hybrid work environments. Violi will be joined by Betsy McCaw, executive vice president of people and culture at The Heritage Group, and Joanna Simek, assistant managing partner at FORVIS. Sarah Jones, partner at Krieg DeVault, will moderate the discussion.
