Deloris Dunk-Vickers is a director in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s New York office. As a member of the firm’s Audit & Assurance Services Group, Deloris helps ensure the accuracy and completeness of businesses’ financial reporting. She has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements and ensuring that their filings are accurate and fully compliant. Deloris focuses primarily on audits of private funds that are affiliated with SEC-registered investment advisors, including hedge funds and funds-of-funds, and she also conducts annual financial statement audits of non-public broker-dealers in accordance with PCAOB standards set forth by the Securities Exchange Act. She also has experience auditing employee benefit plans.
Deloris received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from North Carolina A&T State University.
Deloris is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the New York State Society of CPAs, 100 Women in Finance, Women in Derivatives, High Water Women, and the National Association of Black Accountants. She also serves as treasurer for the Hedge Fund Association.
