At KSM our people are our greatest asset. We encourage every team member to invest their time and share their extraordinary talents with the causes and organizations that matter most to them.

• Every KSM staff member is allotted 48 hours of volunteer time annually to commit to a community service project of their choosing.
• KSM actively sponsors team community service projects and encourages employees to get involved.
• Community Day, our biggest team-focused project of the year, brings together all KSMers to tackle important service projects for a variety of not-for-profit organizations across the U.S.

KSM is dedicated to providing mission-driven organizations in our communities with financial support to help them grow in their impact.

• Charitable Giving: We provide financial support to organizations whose missions align with the shared values of our firm’s leadership and staff.
• Matching Gift Program: We proudly match individual employee charitable donations up to $1,000 annually.
• Time & Talents: We donate to any not-for-profit organization for which a team member has volunteered 24 hours or more over the course of the calendar year.
