Tina Cape is a director in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Outsourced Finance & Accounting Services Group. Working in the firm’s Fort Wayne office, Tina serves as an extension of her clients’ finance and accounting teams utilizing the latest accounting technology to maximize efficiencies and provide real-time visibility into what is working for their businesses, and where there are opportunities to improve. She assists clients with various reporting needs, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as manages and analyzes cash flow forecasting, key performance indicators, and industry benchmarks.
Throughout her career, Tina has held several finance and accounting positions of increasing responsibility within both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining KSM, she served as vice president of finance for a foodservice equipment manufacturer, where she was responsible for managing an in-house finance team that performed the full spectrum financial management, reporting, and accounting functions.
Tina earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana Institute of Technology. She has completed various training in leadership, technology and manufacturing operations processes.
Tina is a member of Financial Executives International. She is a public notary for the state of Ohio and regularly volunteers at Saint Mary’s Church.
