Zach Wiersma is a director with Charter Capital Partners, a KSM company. Specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Zach has transaction experience across a variety of industries, including industrial services, business services, niche manufacturing, and consumer products. His investment banking expertise includes sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, private capital raising, and strategic consulting. He has advised privately held and family‑owned businesses, as well as divisions of large private and publicly held corporate entities, with enterprise values ranging from $10 million to $500 million.
Prior to joining Charter Capital Partners, Zach was an associate at a Chicago-based middle-market investment bank.
Zach graduated with honors from Michigan State University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance. He holds FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 securities registrations.
Zach has served on the boards of local chapters of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and has been actively involved with several financial literacy not-for-profit organizations, most recently through Junior Achievement.
