Will Tuzik is director of IT operations for KSM. In this role, Will leads and oversees all aspects of the firm’s IT operations, including infrastructure, business applications, and support services. He works closely with KSM’s chief technology officer to ensure IT strategies align with the firm’s business goals, focusing on system availability, scalability, and security across KSM’s multi-office and hybrid work environments.
Will has extensive experience in IT operations and infrastructure, with expertise in end-user computing, digital employee experience (DEX), and service operations. He is known for leading high-performing teams and driving IT service management and transformation initiatives, including implementing ITIL best practices. His background spans financial services and healthcare organizations, where he has focused on enhancing system performance and improving employee technology experience.
Prior to joining KSM, Will served as director of infrastructure for First Citizens Bank, where he led efforts to deliver seamless technology experiences, strengthen issue resolution, and support regulatory compliance through data-driven insights.
An important lesson I’ve learned is that resilience – both in systems and in teams – must be built intentionally. Whether eliminating single points of failure in IT or developing people so knowledge never lives in just one place, sustainable operations require proactive design, not reactive fixes.
Will earned a Bachelor of Science degree in information technology from Western Governors University.
