Troy Hogan is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Business Advisory Group and a member of the firm’s Transportation Services Group. Troy advises clients in a wide variety of accounting, tax, and business matters and consults with clients to manage business issues specific to the transportation industry. He applies his extensive experience in tax planning and structuring, tax compliance, financial statement analysis, and representation and advocacy before the IRS to help clients find solutions for concerns including per diem, fuel tax credits, and entity restructuring. Troy is a frequent speaker at conferences for various state trucking associations as well as McLeod Software events.
Troy received both a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Accountancy degree from Manchester College.
Troy is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Indiana CPA Society. He currently serves on the board and chairs the finance committee of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana and previously served as treasurer of the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce. He is also an active member of various state trucking associations, including the Arkansas, Illinois, and North Carolina trucking associations.
