Trent Parkinson is a director in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Audit & Assurance Services Group. Trent works with clients to help ensure accurate financial reporting, which includes assisting with the implementation of new accounting standards. He also helps clients minimize risk and maximize efficiencies. Trent serves clients in an array of industries, including both for-profits and not-for-profits. However, his main areas of focus are not-for-profit, government, and insurance.
Trent received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, with a minor in computer science, from Ball State University. He also received a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in information systems, from Ball State University.
Trent is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Indiana CPA Society, the Government Finance Officers Association, and the Association of Government Accountants.
