Tiffany Vanarsdel

Tiffany Vanarsdel is an operations assistant with KSM Transport Advisors, LLC (KSMTA). With over 25 years of experience in accounting, administration, safety, and software, she is an integral part of supporting KSMTA’s clients behind the scenes in various functions. Tiffany ensures that back-end operational procedures are as seamless as possible so that clients can focus on weekly and monthly freight network engineering tasks that help them assess their business practices and achieve their profitability goals.

In addition to overseeing the client onboarding process; maintaining accounts payable, receivables, budgeting, and billing; and providing technical support in the use of KSMTA’s proprietary freight network engineering toolkit, Tiffany supports KSMTA team members in their daily tasks and ensures the smooth operation of the Oklahoma City, OK office.

Prior to joining KSMTA, Tiffany held accounting and finance roles in both the public and private sectors. She also has extensive experience in software administration and implementation. Additionally, Tiffany has worked with safety and claims with respect to transportation and government organizations and has comprehensive business management experience.
