Stephanie York is a director in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Real Estate Services Group. Stephanie helps the firm’s real estate clients minimize exposure and maximize their tax savings opportunities. She specializes in REIT compliance and complex partnership tax returns.
Prior to joining KSM, Stephanie served as a senior tax manager for Duke Realty Corp., where she supervised REIT and property operations tax compliance, coordinated shareholder reporting, assisted with state tax audits, and more. Her background also includes three years serving as a tax accountant for a top 10 accounting firm.
Stephanie received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Butler University.
Stephanie is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Indiana CPA Society.
