Sarah Steele

Sarah Steele is director of audit operations for Katz, Sapper & Miller. In her role, Sarah focuses on enhancing the operations of KSM’s assurance function. She works closely with the firm’s audit leadership with the goals of developing a structure model centered on client service, preparing for the adoption of future technology, and implementing talent growth and strategy development.

Sarah started her career as an auditor for KSM in 2007. Prior to rejoining the firm in 2024, Sarah served as the director of finance and business operations for Interstate Business Solutions. She has also previously held various accounting and operations roles with Beazer Homes, Park Tudor, and Eli Lilly and Company.

Sarah received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Ball State University.

Sarah serves as a guest experience coach for Traders Point Christian Church – Carmel. Additionally, she is the varsity assistant volleyball coach for Hamilton Southeastern High School.
