Sarah Iglehart

Sarah Iglehart is managing director of government advisory with Katz, Sapper & Miller. Sarah works closely with local, state, and federal government clients to help them achieve their goals and build brighter futures for their communities.

Sarah is a dedicated community leader with more than a decade of experience in economic development, tax incentives, strategic planning, and relationship building. She puts that experience to work for her clients by helping build consensus among diverse stakeholders, developing creative solutions to problems, and bringing organization and clarity to community challenges. Throughout her career, Sarah has spearheaded business attraction and expansion initiatives, collectively generating more than $4 billion in capital investment and facilitating the creation of more than 26,000 new jobs in Indiana.

Prior to joining KSM, Sarah worked at the Indy Chamber for seven years, where she most recently served as senior vice president of regional economic development. In that role, Sarah oversaw Indy Partnership, the regional economic development organization housed within the Indy Chamber, and was instrumental in helping attract companies, talent, jobs, and capital investment to the Indianapolis region. Sarah also previously worked as a senior project manager for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and as a senior government consultant for a top 10 accounting firm.
