Ryan Jimenez is a partner in KSM’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Services Group. Ryan works closely with the firm’s real estate clients to develop strategic tax planning solutions, helping them minimize liabilities, capitalize on opportunities for growth, and ensure compliance with ever-changing regulations. He has extensive experience advising real estate funds, developers, and owners on matters involving partnership taxation, transaction structuring, and the tax implications of complex real estate investments.
Prior to joining KSM, Ryan most recently served as a senior tax director with Shanholt Glassman Klein Kramer & Co., one of New York’s premier firms serving the real estate community.
Ryan received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Hunter College.
