Robert MacArthur is a partner in KSM’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Services Group. With more than 20 years of diverse experience in the real estate industry – including office, residential, commercial, and retail sectors – Robert brings a comprehensive approach to serving his clients. He has assisted developers and owners with all aspects of their business needs, including planning, development, sales, acquisitions, and financing. He also works hands-on with client personnel to find solutions to day-to-day issues as they arise
In addition to real estate, Robert serves a wide range of clients, including resellers, professional services firms, high-net-worth individuals, and foreign-owned companies. He has helped many start-up companies and continues to advise them as they grow.
Prior to joining KSM, Robert served as a partner at Shanholt Glassman Klein Kramer & Co., one of New York’s premier firms serving the real estate community.
Robert received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Montclair State University.
