Patrick Clark is a director in KSM’s Tax Services Group. Patrick advises clients on a broad range of federal tax matters, including strategic planning, compliance, and consulting. He works closely with businesses to identify tax-saving opportunities, implement efficient tax structures, and ensure compliance with evolving tax regulations.
Patrick serves clients across a wide variety of industries and has experience in mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, multi-jurisdictional domestic compliance, accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), R&D tax credits, and accounting method changes.
Prior to joining KSM, Patrick served as a tax senior manager for a national public accounting firm. His background also includes three years spent with a Big Four firm.
An important lesson I’ve learned in my career is that change is inevitable. How you grow from it is up to you. Embracing the challenge that change can bring unlocks our future potential.
Patrick received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Professional Accounting degree from Butler University.
Patrick is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Indiana CPA Society (INCPAS).
Patrick was recognized as a 2017 High Grade Winner by INCPAS for achieving one of the top 10 highest cumulative scores on the Indiana CPA exam.
