Maureen Miller is the director of IT delivery for KSM’s information technology (IT) team. Maureen leads the strategy and standards for IT project and delivery management, developing scalable frameworks that bring people, processes, and technology together to help the firm execute technology initiatives more effectively. She also leads the continued development of KSM’s product team, helping establish clear priorities and a consistent approach for moving strategic initiatives forward.
With more than a decade of technology consulting and project delivery experience, Maureen brings a structured, business-focused approach to complex technology initiatives. She works across teams to establish clear processes, align stakeholders, and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, helping KSM deliver technology solutions that support the firm’s continued growth.
Prior to joining KSM, Maureen was a manager in technology consulting with a Big Four accounting firm, where she helped lead technology initiatives for clients across many different industries.

Maureen received a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism from Purdue University.
