Matt Milligan is a director in KSM’s Real Estate Services Group. Matt works closely with the firm’s real estate clients, identifying opportunities for growth while maximizing their tax savings opportunities. He is also experienced in real estate partnership and REIT compliance.
Prior to joining KSM, Matt served as a tax manager for Duke Realty Corp., where his areas of focus included REIT compliance; tax return preparation and review; and tax planning, research, and projections.

Matt received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree in taxation from Indiana University.
Matt is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Indiana CPA Society.
