Madison Will is director of tax operations for Katz, Sapper & Miller. Madison works closely with KSM’s tax leadership to improve the firm’s tax operations and drive the advancement of the practice. In her role, she works to bring cohesion between the firm’s multiple tax groups to ensure a great experience for KSM’s people and clients.
Previously, Madison served as KSM’s business operations and innovation leader. In this role, Madison helped ensure users’ needs were met during the launch of new applications and processes that supported the growth of the firm. She also reviewed the usage of existing applications and drove continuous improvement through feedback and fine-tuning.
What first attracted me to KSM were the people and culture. I immediately felt welcomed and valued when I first started; KSM is a second family to me. It is so fun to see the growth and success of all our people here!
Madison received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business administration from the Scott College of Business at Indiana State University. She is Lean Six Sigma CPA Green Belt certified.
Madison is a member of Boomer Consulting’s Process Circle, which is a community of CPA firm leaders helping one another to continually improve their firms’ processes and gain a sustainable Lean advantage. She is actively involved and volunteers through her local church, ITOWN Church.
