Lyndsey Pavlakis

Lyndsey Pavlakis is a senior associate in KSM’s State & Local Tax Group. Lyndsey advises clients on a variety of multistate tax matters, with a primary focus on sales and use taxes. She provides sales and use tax consulting, planning, audit defense, voluntary disclosure agreements, and state tax risk assessments, helping clients navigate evolving tax laws and regulations. She also has significant experience researching and advising on complex state and local tax issues across all 50 states, including nuanced local tax matters.

Prior to joining KSM, Lyndsey held state and local tax positions with two Big Four accounting firms, where she advised clients on a broad range of multistate tax matters. In recognition of her technical expertise, she was selected to serve as firmwide research support for Wisconsin and Illinois, providing guidance on evolving legislation, administrative developments, and complex state-specific tax issues.
