Laura Gualdoni is a manager in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Tax Services Group. Laura advises the firm’s international clients on tax compliance, income tax provisions, and provides general business consulting to help them navigate the complexities of doing business abroad. She has extensive experience serving numerous global, multinational clients in such areas as tax return review, tax-efficient supply chain management, earnings and profits studies for foreign corporations, and various international filings related to both doing business in the U.S. as a foreigner and working abroad as a U.S. employee. Prior to joining KSM, Laura spent the first nine years of her career at Big Four firms and three years at a Louisville regional firm, focusing on international tax.
Laura received both a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Accounting degree from St. Louis University. She is a former member of Beta Alpha Psi, a national honor society for accounting, finance, and information technologies students and professionals.
Laura is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the North Carolina Association of CPAs. She currently serves on the board of Alley Cat Advocates in Louisville, Kentucky.
