Justin Pinto is a vice president with Charter Capital Partners, a KSM company. Drawing on his extensive experience in M&A advisory, private capital raising, and strategic consulting, Justin helps clients develop actionable growth strategies and achieve sustainable value creation. He manages and executes mergers and acquisitions (M&A) client engagements, helping family‑owned and middle‑market businesses navigate complex transactions and strategic decisions. Justin primarily works with companies in the distribution, industrials, and healthcare sectors. He has advised on transactions for companies with enterprise values ranging from $10 million to $100 million, providing tailored insights and solutions that support business continuity and long‑term success.
Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business with a minor in organizational leadership and an emphasis in finance and entrepreneurship from Hope College.
Justin is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Western Michigan. He serves as a JBoard Ambassador for the Van Andel Institute.
