Jenny Dakoske

Jenny Dakoske is a director with Charter Capital Partners, a KSM company. With a strong background in finance, Jenny guides privately held companies, private equity firms, and family offices through the complexities of mergers, acquisitions, and growth financings. She leverages her deep private equity experience and extensive network to help clients navigate complex transactions and develop tailored financial solutions that support long-term strategic goals. Her transaction experience spans a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, industrial and business services, distribution, furniture, and financial services. Jenny has been involved in all aspects of transaction and relationship lending, from sourcing and underwriting to negotiating and closing, delivering advisory support that aligns capital strategies with client growth objectives.

Prior to joining Charter Capital Partners, Jenny was a senior vice president at Huntington National Bank in its National Sponsor Finance Group, where she structured leveraged transactions for middle-market companies with EBITDA ranging from $3 million to $50 million. Before that, she spent more than a decade in Chicago, holding various finance leadership roles with a focus on business development for traditional commercial and industrial lending and private-equity-leveraged lending transactions.
